On show days exhibitors will be allowed access to the Exhibition Halls from 09:00, and must exit within 30 minutes of the show closing. Exhibitors are to enter/ exit via the Exhibitor Entrance/ Exit Hall 1 Gallery. The venue will be locked and will remain locked until the following day. Exhibitors are under contractual obligation to ensure stands are manned during the entire show and within show hours.

Deliveries
The Organiser, CTICC or service providers will not take delivery of any goods whatsoever on behalf of exhibitors during Build-up or Expo hours. To simplify deliveries for couriers, please include your “exhibiting as” name, stand number, contact name and cellphone number.
