SOCIAL MEDIA TIPS

We encourage all our exhibitors to utilise the marketing potential of social media when promoting your brand at Cape Town HOMEMAKERS Expo. Follow these helpful tips to get the most out of the Expo.

  • Follow HOMEMAKERS Expo's social channels and share, retweet and re-gram our posts. They always include valuable information about the show coupled with engaging images
  • Post images of your products on your channels. Photos have shown to be the most popular type of social media content for engagement, getting the most shares on Facebook
  • Experiment with video content, such as how-to videos, behind-the-scenes or maybe even staff interviews
  • Join business and industry related groups in your city and share your posts in those groups
  • Remember to post testimonials and customer feedback on your social channels

Please remember to tag the official pages for the HOMEMAKERS Expo. If you tag the wrong pages, your readers will not find the details to the Expo easily, including the directory listing page where your brand will be listed shortly.
